Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a track & trace link.

 

Delivery Times

• Netherlands: 2–3 business days
• EU countries: 3–7 business days
• Norway: 5–10 business days

Please note: delivery times may vary slightly due to local courier services or seasonal demand.

 

Shipping Costs

• Netherlands: Free shipping on all orders
• Other EU countries: Free shipping on all orders
• Norway: €14.95

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location.

 

Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a personal track & trace link. Please note it may take up to 24 hours for tracking to become active.

 

Customs Duties & Import Taxes (Norway only)
Orders shipped to Norway may be subject to import duties or local taxes. These fees are not included in our product prices or shipping rates and are the customer’s responsibility.
