Return period
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Return shipping costs

The return cost is €10 per package (multiple items may be returned in one parcel) and will be deducted from your refund.


How to return an item
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, including any dust bag and shipping box. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.


14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU)

In addition to the above, if your goods are being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging, including any dust bag and shipping box. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded (minus the €10 return fee) to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
