Refund policy

Return period
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return shipping costs
The return cost is €10 per order (you may include multiple items in one parcel), and this amount will be deducted from your refund.

How to return an item
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn and unused, with tags, with the anti-return ribbon attached and in the original packaging, including any dust bag and shipping box.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, kindly contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and arrange a suitable resolution.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Sale items, bikini's, made-to-order items and gift cards can not be returned.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning your original purchase and placing a new order for your preferred item once your return has been approved. In case of an exchange, the return fee will not be charged.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU)
In addition to the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, with anti-return ribbon and in the original packaging, including any dust bag and shipping box.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus the €10 return shipping fee.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
